Everything started on the Dubysa River in Lithuania, where we turned our love for kayaking into our summer life. But we have another home: the far north of Sweden. We’ve spent years working in tourism up there, watching the winters go by, but always missing the one thing that truly defines us: our kayaks.
While standing in the middle of that vast, frozen landscape, we finally asked ourselves: why stop kayaking just because it’s winter?
So, we decided to bring our kayaks from Lithuania to the Swedish North. We didn't want to add just another tour to an already busy region. We wanted to share the wild in the way we love it most: quiet, pure, and close to the elements. SnowYak is the result of that. It’s the perfect mix of our years of experience on the river and our life in the Arctic.
We are Hannah and Karolis. We don’t do standard tours. We’re inviting you to experience the North as we do: raw, real, and a bit challenging. From that first paddle stroke in the snow to the absolute silence of the forest, we want you to experience it with us.
